You’ve built your MVP and gained good traction for your startup. The reality is that less than half of all seed-funded startups will go on to raise another round. Even those that are hugely successful with their seed round often have trouble securing their series A, simply because the investors have higher expectations and there are fewer check writers to fund the round.
