Our Australian-developed technology focuses on adapting the low voltage distribution grid to receive and store more renewable energy. Australia already leads the world in rooftop solar PV penetration but the poles and wires on our streets were never designed to receive and store energy, only to distribute it. Overvoltage and wastage of free, zero-carbon energy are hampering the further growth of DER. We directly and effectively solve that problem through our EcoVAR voltage controller and our EcoSTORE Community Battery. Our solutions have so far been adopted by five Australian DNSPs - our big challenge is to address the global market, starting with Europe. Our EcoVAR has undergone a successful field trial in Lithuania and we are in discussions with DSOs in six European countries. Our experience to date convinces us that our hardware and software is at the leading edge globally.
