Our collaborative platform allows developers and asset owners to drive compliance with building partners through from design to construction then through access to central register to manage the material data for the life of each building so they can understand their risk and optimise performance across portfolios. This single source of truth helps users make more sustainable decisions across the portfolio through renovation and refit programs managing products end of life disposal and recycling.
Climate tech focus
Company mission
The building industry contributes close to 25% of our economies carbon footprint. Building materials account for close to 40% of that yet the industry is dysfunctional and there's new regulatory climate and investor sentiment that is driving change. We will create a transparent supply chain within the building industry to drive integrity, sustainability and performance. A tool to that allow developers to reach their Scope 3 commitments and provides the framework to support them in the face of regulation.
