Catalytic is an impact focused private credit provider, focused on lending into our 4 impact pillars: Future Foods; Energy Transformation; Circular Economy; and, Environmental Markets. We focus on creating bespoke loan solutions for our clients (Australian companies with a domestic and / or international impact focus), that provides them with the flexibility to grow their business and advance our combined goal of a net zero world. Typically we are structuring secured facilities in the $3-10m range with a 2 - 3 yr tenor, and we do not have an equity ask / tail (so no dilution from warrant or option requirements).
