Role Title: Business Development Executive – Australia (Packamama)

What You’ll Be Doing:

This full-time, office-based role combines the best of sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service. You’ll be at the forefront of our mission to reshape wine packaging and reduce the industry’s carbon footprint. Key responsibilities include:

• Building and nurturing strong relationships with wineries, producers, distributors, and retailers across Australia.

• Driving B2B sales with enthusiasm while identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

• Ensuring on-time product delivery by coordinating with production partners and providing exceptional customer service.

• Collaborating with the team to execute marketing initiatives that promote our sustainable packaging solutions.

• Representing Packamama at industry events, trade shows, and key meetings to grow brand presence.

• Developing and aligning sales strategies with growth objectives, contributing to Packamama’s business goals.

• Supporting sales operations by managing pricing strategies, forecasting, and budgeting.

• Experience using Salesforce (a major advantage).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (a must).
