We are looking for a highly motivated Events Coordinator Intern to join our team and assist with on-site activations for our upcoming events. This role is perfect for someone who’s energetic, enthusiastic, and a true people person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of eco-friendly events and activations
• Assist in the coordination of event logistics, set-up, and tear-down
• Engage with event attendees to provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with our sustainability team to ensure all events align with our environmental goals
• Help manage event materials and supplies with a focus on reducing waste
• Provide on-the-ground support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly

• Passion for sustainability and environmentally conscious events
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High energy and a positive attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Availability for weekend or evening events when required
