Enterprise Sales Expertise: You bring valuable experience in enterprise sales, with a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and sell solutions.
Entrepreneurial Acumen: Whether you founded your own venture or demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit within an organisation, you possess the mindset to drive innovation and growth.
Team Leadership Experience: You have a history of effectively leading and scaling teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Engineering Sales Background (Desirable): Previous experience in engineering sales is a plus, offering insights into technical solutions and industry nuances. Specific knowledge of solar thermal solutions or electric boilers is desirable, at minimum, you should be open to learning detailed information about our range of products.
Inner Drive: You are a self-starter with a relentless determination to rally others around your vision. Setting and achieving high goals is second nature to you.

About Enaxiom:

Enaxiom is a a water and energy solutions business serving manufacturing companies globally.

We’re seeking someone to head up a subsidiary business to Enaxiom, focusing on decarbonising process heat. Process heat accounts for 21.4% of Australia’s total energy end us, of which 90% is generated using fossil fuels.

There is a huge opportunity to decarbonise this sector as Australia moves to a net zero economy, and we need you to help us.

About the Role:

As Co-founder and CEO of our subsidiary business, you will spearhead our efforts to revolutionise industries, including manufacturing, green hydrogen, mineral refinery, and hospitality. Key responsibilities include:

Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth within target industries.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to position the business as the partner of choice.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Identifying and capitalising on market opportunities, continuously refining our offerings to meet evolving customer needs.
