Founding Team Member - Strategy

At HYpe Certification, we act as the digital bridge between energy production and government / industry emissions intensity certification bodies.

Just one example is hydrogen gas. Hydrogen can be created using fossil fuels or renewables, however It's impossible to tell from the gas itself which process was used once the gas been produced.

To combat this, certification bodies around the world develop certification schemes that require complex information to guarantee the origin of the output and therefore certify the emissions intensity.

Our hardware / software technology platform replaces the manual, slow and human-error prone processes with time-matched, geo-matched and completely automated certification reporting. This migrates the regulatory burden from the producer to the technology and benefits them by unlocking subsidies, enforcing cost-certainty, opening doors to new markets and allowing for new potential revenue streams.

As a Founding Team Member - Strategy, you'll be expected to:

• Leverage your current industry experience and connections to provide guidance to the product evolution roadmap.
• Attend industry events and conferences in order to stay up-to-date with the latest in regulatory changes and decarbonisation strategies.
• Work closely with the team to provide input that will help to steer capital raise, project partnership and budget spend timelines.
• Act as a promoter of the technology that HYpe Certification provides.
• In partnership with the CEO, lead the upcoming international expansion strategy whilst maintaining the local market indicators.

We're of course a startup so it's not going to be a cakewalk but we hope the opportunity to work in a great team, working on real climate issues across an international customer-base excites you.

Of course, we understand that joining a startup can be daunting and so we offer a trial period for you to understand more about us and how you will experience your role. The idea is to allow you to have a much more limited time requirement with the expectation that after the trial, if you're happy to proceed, we can then move forward with a more formal agreement.

As this is a founding team member role, it is expected that for the right candidate the position includes equity remuneration.
